Does this look like a cute stamp? I wish... this was actually done with an embossing template. The template is by Lasting Impressions. The technique used is called Pasty Razzle Dazzle. I saw this technique on Splitcoast and thought ...I must give this a try. It is actually easy to do. Just a few steps involved. You also need Translucent Embossing Paste.
