These are paper piecing projects I made for Pink Cat Studio using the Cricut!
These images are adorable and easy to use. I love how PCS has their cuts user friendly and
at a reasonable cost. I can't wait to see what else is in store.

I haven't had time to blog much this year. I have barely posted anything. Here are a few projects I have been working on the past few months. The little tote bag and goodies I made for my daughter to give to her secret sister at girl's camp. The Christmas Poinsetta card is a 3-D card using some really neat punch out images. I just used pop dots to give dimension.
I also posted a couple of Stampin' Up cards using all SU stamps and paper. I will try to be more diligent in posting my projects. Thanks for looking!

Happy Father's Day

Today is Father's Day! I hope all the Dad's had a wonderful day. My husband woke up this morning to cards and breakfast. We went to church and then when we came home I began preparing dinner. Yummy ribs, corn on the cob, pasta salad, and for dessert banana pudding.
The dinner was great and my husband was very happy. All of the kids gave their Dad gifts of service. So dh was very pleased. Here are the Father's day cards that I created for the Dad's in my family. I created these cards with Cosmo Cricket paper and Stampin' Up cardstock. The stamps are from Verve. I love her stamps they have the coolest fonts.

Thanks for the comments Wendy. I used the Wilton cake decorating tips for decorating the cupcakes. The frosting I used is a buttercream frosting from the Betty Crocker cookbook. It is a pretty easy frosting too.

Here are some of our goodies my daughter and I made for a Bake Sale!! We baked and packaged for 5 hours. It was a lot of work, but so much fun! My daughter worked and baked just as hard as I did. The top pictures are mini cupcakes packaged in boxes. The bottom picture are little brownie pops. They were yummy. The brownie was dipped in chocolate and then dipped in sprinkles. Mmmmm!

Lookie Lookie!!! I created two Stampin' Up only cards!! I am so proud! These two cards are using the Simply Scrappin' Kit. I love those kits!! They are so much fun! Everything coordinates and the stickers are so nice and thick. You can create a lot ofcards with one kit! I cannot tell you how many cards I have made using this kit.
PaperTrey Ink got me again!! Yes, it is true! I ordered three stamp sets two packs of their patterned paper and their coordinating heart punches. I can't wait to play with these goodies.
I will share some cards when I get time to play.
I created one card for the SCS VSN a couple of weeks ago. I was so excited to participate in the VSN. When the VSN weekend came I was just way busy. So, here is my one card. My 12 year old daughter likes to participate during VSN too. She created 4 cards. Yep!! She made more cards than I did. By the way VSN is Virtual Stamp Night!

Valentines Card Party

This is a picture of this years popular Candy I-pods. My daughter made these for the party. The idea originated from Family Fun. We replaced the mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups for Hershey Kisses.
I made little totes to put their hand stamped cards in. I used Stampin' Up sets Have a Heart and Loads of Love.
Here is a card made using a heart punch, ribbon, and the Cricut! Easy as pie!! This card size will fit in a standard letter envelope.

Simply Scrappin' Cards

I did a couple of cards using a current Stampin Up Simply Scrappin' Kit and a retired Simply Scrappin' Kit. They were so easy to make.

Okay, Valentines Day is just around the corner and I can't wait. Valentines
Day is one of my favorite days of the year. Each year all my favorite stamp companies comes out with adorable Valentine stamps. I always feel like I need everything. In fact I just ordered some stamps today from the stamp company Verve. I can't wait for them to arrive. Here are a couple of mini cards I made to start me off. I used the Snow Bunny from All that Scraps CC Designs. I did not buy the stamp set. I actually bought the download version of the Snow Bunnies Set. That was pretty cool. It is cheaper and you get it right away.

Here is a photo of my Advent Calendar!! I made this before December 1st. It took a really long time to make, but it was so much fun! My daughter, Kayley made one as well. Hers had a wintery theme. We worked on these together, and it was great because we kept each other motivated. Now that they are all done my kids love checking the envelopes each day to see what it is that we do for the day. Today's said to take a treat to the neighbor. I better get baking lol. I purchased the directions for this calendar at Kristina Werner's Blog. It was $5.00.
