In the Kitchen

I love the From my Kitchen cartridge simply because I love all things cooking. I made this card for my SIL for her birthday. She is the process of getting her kitchen remodled. I thought this card would be appropriate.

Favorite PEEPS!!!

This card was made using SVG cuts Easter Morning. I just love these adorable little yellow peeps. Now yellow is actually not my favorite color to eat. I prefer pink.
I thought light yellow would look much better on this card. I used the salutation "One of my favorite peeps" from Amuse Artstamps. Peeps make me happy! How about you??

Pink Cat Studio Projects

This card is brayered and sponged to make this snowy background.

Cardstock: Night of Navy, Bashful Blue,
Images: Pink Cat Studio Digi Image Lily in her Winter Coat, Lily and Billy Winter Stamps, Stampin' Up Trees
Embellishments: Glitter, White Fun Flock, Blue & White Ribbon
Tools: Brayer, Sponges

This is my Pink Cat Digi Book! I created this book so I could keep track of all my Pink Cat Images. I wanted to be able to view them quickly and easily. So I categorized them by seasons and themes. I have a paper binder as well. I like this type of binding because it is easy to turn the pages. As my collection of digi images grows I will always have this handy little reference.

I have a friend who is visiting Hawaii this week. So I felt this card was appropriate. She was my inspiration for creating this card.

Images: Pink Cat Studio Digi Images
Cardstock: Stampin' Up So Saffron
Designer Paper: Stampin Up Island Oasis
Markers: Copic
Embellishments: Button Doodlebug, Ribbon
Tools: Spellbinders Nestabilities

I haven't had time to blog much this year. I have barely posted anything. Here are a few projects I have been working on the past few months. The little tote bag and goodies I made for my daughter to give to her secret sister at girl's camp. The Christmas Poinsetta card is a 3-D card using some really neat punch out images. I just used pop dots to give dimension.
I also posted a couple of Stampin' Up cards using all SU stamps and paper. I will try to be more diligent in posting my projects. Thanks for looking!

Happy Father's Day

Today is Father's Day! I hope all the Dad's had a wonderful day. My husband woke up this morning to cards and breakfast. We went to church and then when we came home I began preparing dinner. Yummy ribs, corn on the cob, pasta salad, and for dessert banana pudding.
The dinner was great and my husband was very happy. All of the kids gave their Dad gifts of service. So dh was very pleased. Here are the Father's day cards that I created for the Dad's in my family. I created these cards with Cosmo Cricket paper and Stampin' Up cardstock. The stamps are from Verve. I love her stamps they have the coolest fonts.

Thanks for the comments Wendy. I used the Wilton cake decorating tips for decorating the cupcakes. The frosting I used is a buttercream frosting from the Betty Crocker cookbook. It is a pretty easy frosting too.

Here are some of our goodies my daughter and I made for a Bake Sale!! We baked and packaged for 5 hours. It was a lot of work, but so much fun! My daughter worked and baked just as hard as I did. The top pictures are mini cupcakes packaged in boxes. The bottom picture are little brownie pops. They were yummy. The brownie was dipped in chocolate and then dipped in sprinkles. Mmmmm!

Lookie Lookie!!! I created two Stampin' Up only cards!! I am so proud! These two cards are using the Simply Scrappin' Kit. I love those kits!! They are so much fun! Everything coordinates and the stickers are so nice and thick. You can create a lot ofcards with one kit! I cannot tell you how many cards I have made using this kit.
